First off, My lease was lost when i first moved in so 2months later i had to sign a new one (who does this'') I have an impala (brand new) and a Jaguar 2004. I am frequently out of town (I'm currently not working so I travel and enjoy myself). I get back and my Jaguar is gone. Well there's a notice on the ground near my door saying all cars are possibly towed due to construction. So basically it said dont part on the property on this day or u may be towed. Sure enough I was. I had to pay $235 to get my jag out of tow! Never got a notice in the mail, never saw the one that I assume was posted on my door. I spoke to the office and they did not want to do anything about it. Said I was the only person who complained (yea rite!) So I guess I purposly left the notice on the ground, left my car (just the jag, not the cheap impala) on the property so that it could be tow'd and possibly damaged''' Give me a break. I sought legal counsel and was told they couldnt legally do this but they would anyway because it cost much more than $235 to sue them. They NEVER know anything and have terrible customer service , especially the black guy and the manager. dont move here!!!!!!!!
