Looks nice from the inside out.....but looks can be deceiving. The staff is accomodating when necessary and maintanence is slow to respond. Parking - horrid.....either another resident or myself parking in the fire lanes every night. The security gate is often broken or propped open for days at a time. But nothing compares to the bug problems we have faced. Opening cabinets to find ants covering glasses and dishes that would need to be washed again (and again AND AGAIN.) Speaking with another resident I learned that their secret for keeping silverware "ant free" was keeping it "all in Ziploc bags." HOW TERRIBLE!!! Between the pest control people spraying and us spraying.....we finally irradicated the ant problem. But it wasn't the spraying....... it was the spider arrival decreasing the ant population. No more ants on the counters and in the cabinets...we now walk through the fine silt of spider webbing between the lamps...and shower with a spider in its web between the shampoo bottles ......... EVERYDAY!!!! Very Disappointing......
