Things that are atrocious to the point where I am considering organizing a class-action lawsuit:

* Insects - The ants LIVE inside the walls of the building and come out of every orifice. They are inescapable. They climb on you when you sleep, they come from the plumbing in the bathroom, the cabinets in every room, the wall outlets, the baseboard, you name it. I am not exagerating when I say that I am killing ants EVERY DAY. And they still come. And the spiders are everywhere.

* Air-Conditioning - The units are sub-standard. I have heard of people moving out for this reason alone. Personally, ALL my blinds must remain completely closed and the air-conditioning running all day just to maintain 80 degrees in the unit on warmer days. It is not the filter. It is not the charge. The units are not large enough for the apartments. Open the panel in the hallway and get the specs on your model from the manufacturer. They are available online.

* Parking - For example, the "North" side has 96 apartments and 97 spaces. Not enough for "Luxury" apartments where there are generally two-income renters with two cars.

* Security - The gate for the "Gated Community" has spent more time propped open because it has been broken than closed. I should get an ungated discount every month.
