bad management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I went in for a tour, I had to wait over 20 minutes to get any help or attention. since they only had one leasing agent and she was doing paperwork with another customer, (with an angry and mad face) the accounting lady took me on the tour, OH MY GOD, she was hurrible, I understand it is not her job but it sure made me not to ever move there. She did not know much about the place, I had to ask her about the facilities, and the parking and so on. She walked so ahead of me that I had to run to catchup to her. When we were in the apartment, she never talked about the apartment, she just stood by the front door and waited with a long and angry face. As we were walking back to the office she was very rude and asked me the same question 3 times, every time louder and louder with more rude attitude, as if she did not here me the first 2 times. I could not wait to get out of there since they made me feel so UNCOMFORTABLE. I don't care whose job it is to help me, they should work as a team and try to help who ever that comes in the door to move in, after all isn't that what their job suppose to be, rent the apartments. If I got treated that way and I was just looking, imagine how bad they would treat me when I moved there. NO THANKS
