I won't tell you how I came in contact with Tuscaro, but lets just say, it was an unfortunate wrong turn!
The management is playing with slightly less than a full deck. Dana Lance never returns phone calls and she's never in the office. I don't know what her company pays her to do, but it's not to help her residents. I have had sooooooooo many mice in my apartment I can't begin to count. I asked her to accomodate me with my problem...and SHE got DEFENSIVE and RUDE with ME''' Imagine that' She tells people she will "research" or "investigate" their issues, only to stall/by some time so she can pass the problems on to someone else who can't help me. Once I was waiting in the office to get some MORE MOUSE TRAPS, and there were four or five people waiting to be helped by the lone leasing agent, but Dana wouldn't stay to help. Instead, she grabbed her Kate Spade bag and left for the afternoon without a care or concern for any of us. She is your CLASS-A -----!
As for the rest of the staff...the accountant does nothing but sit in her office with the door closed, giving no time and attention to the world beyond her little glass box. The only time she ventures out is to cuss and stomp her way to have a smoke and cuss somemore.
The grounds are kept nice, except for the "security" gate which is always broken and the large dead rodents, pidgeon feces, ants, spiders...you name it! There have been SEVERAL cars stolen from the property, a lady was mugged not too long ago, and Dana Lance refuses to send out notification to the residents.
Maitenance seem to be the ONLY people who do anything around here!
And I don't know why they can't keep their leasing staff...there ALWAYS seems to be a new face in the office.
My recommendations...STAY AWAY FROM TUSCARO!
There are always propblems with any community, but it is different if the people in place to help you would do their job. Tuscaro is worthless for customer service.
Save your money and your time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
