From the first day I moved in I have had ant issues. Then the gates- which are supposed to help with safety were 1/3 of the time not working and open. My car was broken into and I was told that this "happens" and is "common". Then there have been fights at 2 am to wake me up. I moved here for the safety and quality of living and have been horribly disappointed. I would not reccommend this complex to anyone who was staying longer than a month or two. And even then- make sure you have a car alarm.
