I lived in a one bedroom at Tuscaro, after touring the model apartment the manager showed me. However, the apartment I moved into, while spacious, had dirty carpets, an ant problem, and was smelly because a dog had lived there before. I called the manager to ask them to clean the carpets again, since I found dog hairs and stool stains on the carpet, but was told that it had already been cleaned and that I would have to pay for further cleaning. I did it myself, and the carpet was filthy.
Other than that and a few parking and security issues, the apartment itself is very nice, although overpriced since all tenants must pay for sewer and water. Management is extremely unhelpful and rude, but maintanence is timely.
