There are widely differing opinions about Tuscaro Apartments and I guess that depends on where you are physically situated here, to some degree. We have an apartment on the second floor, facing the little lake and this is the best apartment, physicaly speaking, we have had for 2 years. The gardens are very well maintained and the apartments themselves look quite modern and are appointed very well. No problem with noise, but we are on the second floor so that helps. The problems here are indeed with Ants and parking. Ants are a continual problem, especially in the warm weather and probably wont be so troublesome in cooler weather. The other issue is with parking. There simply are not enough places and cars are often illegally parked or parked outside the gated area. If you own the huge SUV style of vehicle then parking size is also a problem. You have to judge for yourself of course but if you take the good with the bad this place is probably just above average overall. Maintenance is as per usual. If your request is non-urgent the chances are it wont be attended to.
