I lived at Tuscaro a little over 2 years and at first it seemed like a very nice place to live. After the original Manager left and took another position...the place started to fall apart...the majority of the original office staff left; including their maintenace people;.. slow response time to maintenance calls... a lot (and I mean A LOT of pigeons "pooing" all over the place and "nesting"... field mice(rats); ants; and wasps were a real problem... anyone that has lived there and wants to be real honest will agree with me... If I could have moved sooner I would have been out within the first 6 months... also, parking on the NORTH side was horrible... the new management even started calling the police and had tenants cars towed...totally ridiculous...... all and all I'm glad I'm not living there any longer and hope to save some people their "time and money"... live somewhere else where they really care about their tenants...
