Our apartment is nice. Spacious and attractive, we are quite happy with it. However, the management at Tuscaro leaves everything to be desired. They are rude, unorganized, and just downright awful. We had a garage on the completely opposite side of our complex for a while, for storing my boyfriend's $3500 electronic drum set and some other miscellaneous stuff that we didn't have room for in our apartment. We were on a "list" (scrap of paper with our name on it) to get a garage on the north side of the complex (where we live) and eventually they called us to say one had opened up. When we went to our old garage to transport the stuff to our new one, it was full of someone else's stuff. No, not just full, jam packed. They had given someone else a garage opener to our garage WHILE WE WERE STILL PAYING FOR IT and all of our stuff was gone. (Including the drum set that we are STILL paying off..) the management actually admitted to throwing away a bunch of papers (school papers belonging to my roommate and I) and some "old toys" (my roommate's mint condition 1970's japanese robot that was worth over $1500 and some other discontinued figurines from the 1980s). The management did NOTHING and basically told us we were S.O.L. Plus parking sucks. So unless you want your stuff stolen, and no sympathy, dont live here.
