The good:
Nice apartments with up to date appliances etc. carpeting, roomy and modern looking.
The Bad:
Terrible Pidgeon problem, making noise all night and roosting on roof and all around the edging of the aparment, everywhere there was a horizontal surface of 1" or more to grab onto. The feces was everywhere!
The Ugly:
As one reviewer already mentioned, a lot of management turnover, most are attractive ladies. However, I wasn't happy that I was told when I moved in that they had 24 hour access to the pool, and an internet connection. Also I wasn't given a key to get through the gate, so once I was locked out while trying to get moved in. I would have gone with Granite Point, because they were pretty much the same except they had limited pool hours, and no internet access. So EVERYTHING I made my decision on, in choosing them was false. Also, I was told I had 5 days grace to pay, and my first month I paid on the 4th day, I got charged a $75 late fee, and when I asked them about it they said it was 3 days, not 5. I asked them about the pool hours not being what they said and their answer was, it was changed only a few months before I moved in. Still it was before I moved in! When asked about the internet connection, which was a key point for me, they said they were working on it...and come to find out its been down for a few months before I moved in, and my six month lease is almost up (THANK GOD!)
Oh and dont' get me started on the parking situation!! grrrrrrr
