I just moved and and have not had much experience to go in details....though I would like to take this time to mention that the leasing agent in whom I was dealing with is AWESOME. Her name is Tanna and she is straight forward. I like the gated community and love my 2/2 bdrm plan...it is very convenient for a small family. I don't think there is a place in Sac that does not have parking issues...I think the best way to resolve it if you have 2 cars is to just get a garage....it really provides peace of mind.
