These apartments appeared nice when we moved in. And, whenever i asked the office staff a question, i got a different answer from each person. they didnt give us a copy of our lease or some of the keys we were supposed to get, the key for the gym. And, they never gave us the gate code, we had to find that out from fellow residents. Also, the office staff are extremely rude. They act like you are wasting their time if you ask them a question, however the maintenance staff is excellent. The only time you dont hear back from maintenance is when the office staff didnt file the reports.

The landscape is very appealing until you actually walk on the grass. Then, you start to sink. And, it has been that way for about 6 months. The grass was getting watered twice a day for a while. There is even mold on some of the trees.

As far as noise goes, it is very quiet and pleasant.

Parking sucks. When I moved in I asked the office staff about the parking situation and where our guests would be able to park. I was informed that they would be adding more uncovered spots. Yhea, that was false. Nothing has changed.

Rent is definitely overpriced for what you get.

Dear Valued resident- In response to your concerns, you are more than welcome to get a copy of your lease at any time. Also, there is no key to the gym, it is an electronic card, and if you turned in your move in review form then you would have recieved one. You are more than welcome to come by a get a card for the gym. As far as the gate code goes, we do not encourage the passing of the gate code for security reasons, obviously, you should be using the gate remote you recieved for entry. If you would like you phone number programed into the entry pad, then just let us know and we can do that for you immediately. Parking does get a little "hairy" at times and recomend a garage. We have plenty available so if you are interested in that then come by the office. It concerns me to think that you feel the office staff is not there for you as a resident and we would like to turn that around for you. Your opinions are valuable to us and want to make your living here a positive experience for the both of us. Thank you for choosing Tuscaro to begin with and hope that you will continue to live in our community. We do value our residents and will accomodate you to the best of our abilities. This is a total lie. I was lied to about numerous things when i moved into tuscaro. We also did not recieve a key to the gym. And, when we requested one we were acused of lieing.

I did live at Tuscaro and it was a fantastic place to live. I had no problems living there and the staff was wonderful. At move-in time you do need to listen to what the staff is telling you because they have a lot to go over with you. The parking can be a problem but what can they do for you when that is all the parking they have. They can't pull more parking out of the air. My husband is a contractor in California and when apartments are being built they only allow for two cars per apartment including garages. So, Tuscaro has plenty of parking according to that guide. If you ask for something they obviously can't do for you then why ask. They are trying to be nice when you ask a stupid question. They are not lieing to you they are trying to be nice. Tell your neighbors that have more then two cars to get rid of one and stop having so many parties. Then maybe you would have more parking. Tuscaro has been very nice to the residents, they do resident appreciation week, put on a holiday party and have a move-in gift for you. Try putting yourself into their shoes. I have lived in appartments that have never had the same great service, quality maintanance and beautiful apartment floorplans. There are bad apartments out there and this is not one of them. Try having your toilet overflow and nobody comes for three days and then doesn't clean it up for a week. Yes that happend to me!! Not at Tuscaro!!! I also have had nails popping out of the walls and it wasn't from my pictures, it was the consruction nails popping through the drywall. Have a good attitude and maybe you will have an enjoyable experiance.
