Too all prospective residents,
Tuscaro is a great place to live. We have fabulous residents who care about their neighbors. We have wonderful apartments with lots of ammenities, and a great office staff to assist you with your requests and needs. We know that there is no such place as the perfect place , however, we will do our best to please and wow your socks off! We hope that by reading this, it will ease your thoughts about some of the prior responses. Remember, those people never brought their concerns to our attention. We will gladly assist you with your request and hope that you do choose Tuscaro Apartment Homes as your place to retreat to and call your home! We take great pride in all of our apartment homes and hope you will see that when you visit our property! Wow, you guys are clearly in la-la land. those residents DID bring their concerns to your attention - didn't you read the posts? Cut the idiotic lip service and actually DO SOMETHING to make the place better. How many former residents need to take you to court before you start listening?

Unsure where you are obtaining your information -no former or current court activity! Also unsure how you would know if the people who have posted negative comments on this website truly did bring there concerns to our attention. We ask that unless you truly have factual information, that you refrain from making abusive accusations. We are sorry that you have such anger in your life - perhaps a more positive attitude will help you going forward.

Yeah, I don't know where you get off telling people they have anger issues. In case you haven't noticed, the only good comments are the ones the management posted. Guess that's what they do instead of taking care of their tennants. I would have been one of these unfortunate people to fall into the Tuscaro hell hole, but thanks to these "wonderful" reviews I have all the information I need. You as the manager, need to look at all of these negative reviews and seriously think about your position and how you're handeling these situations. What you don't realize is you're losing prospective tennants because of what's NOT being done. How about this for advice "I am sorry you're such a peice of crap. Perhaps doing your job will help you going forward." :)

The above comment from Tuscaro staff dated 12/06/07 accurately illustrates the problems tenants have with managment. If their is a problem, it is assumed the tenant was responsible. The managment rarely if ever takes any actions to resolve complaints.
