In regards to the negative personal comments on this website about our community staff, the comments are demeaning and untrue. We pride ourselves in our customer service and professionalism. The office/leasing staff at this property is professional and has never in any way been inappropriate. We have 296 units at this property and residents that have been here for 7 years with no complaints. It is obvious that the people who write the derogatory comments are the ones who have personal issues and bring negativity upon themselves, and instead of resolving their concerns they choose to lash out at others to make themselves feel justified. It is unfortunate that these types of people find it okay to slander others moral and ethical standards. When you do visit Tuscaro, customer service, pride in our community and a sincere desire to assist both guests and residents will be evident from the moment you meet our amicable staff! Thank you to those who write honest, kind and responsibly on this website!

Let me see if I understand... you expect me, a prospective renter, to believe that Tuscaro's 23% rating is NOT because of poor quality apartments, but rather because several dozen people who do not know each other all coincidentally have anger issues and an incomprehensible personal vendetta against Tuscaro that causes all of them to lie about their experiences as tenants because, obviously, they are all negative lunatics. Hmmm... lots of real former tenants who say Tuscaro is horrible versus the management staff .... thanks, but I think I'll look elsewhere.

This response just is not true. I lived at Tuscaro for four years and the staff was unhelpful, rude and even mean at times. They acted as if they could care less about you, your safety or your happiness. You were just a bother to them. I would tell a friend to live ANYWHERE else. I know that might be hard to hear and I am sure the staff thought they were doing a good job, but the truth is, they are not.

You're telling me that it is UNTRUE that the apartments do NOT have parking issues? Drive by after 6:00 PM and see just how many cars are parked in front of the leasing office because you have non-residents without permits hogging the spaces leaving tennants with no place to park. You're telling me that it is UNTRUE that the apartments do NOT have pest (ants and pigeon) issues? Ask ANY tennant if they have had ants within the last 3 months and I GUARANTEE you most will say YES. You're telling me that it is UNTRUE that the apartment gates are not CONSTANTLY broken and left open? You need to walk outside RIGHT now and take a good look. As of 01/16/07, the gates have been left open for at least 4 days. You're telling me there are no solicitors walking around the apartment complex disturbing tennants (during business hours, might I add)? You're telling me there are no dumpster diver's hanging in the dumpsters in the morning scavengering for plastic containers and personal information? I see it happening at least twice a week in the mornings. Maybe if you OPEN your eyes and LISTEN to the tennants, you'll realize most of them avoid having to deal with the management like a plague because of the bad experiences they've had. Not to mention the management needs some lessons on courtesy and respect to their tennants. "We have 296 units at this property and residents that have been here for 7 years with no complaints." That statment could not be more false. Complaints have been made, issue have NOT been resolved, so you cannot honestly cannot believe you'd get outstanding ratings for not fixing problems that residents have told you about and asked you to fix. This is exactly our point, we make you aware of our complaints and issues, management turns a blind eye, and pretends that no one ever mentioned it in to begin with. Now THAT is poor management.
