desperate From: quadAKB Date posted: 12/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I'm not sure if I am amused or horrified by Tuscaro leasing staff's deperate attempts to hide its poor record. Those of us who are sharing our negative experiences are doing so because we feel we have a responsibility to others who may be looking for a place to live. In a competitive industry like apartments, Leasing Staff may want to spend less time trying to disparage the people sharing their experiences and more time learning from these people by improving service. By the way, small claims filings are public documents and are easily obtained... so leasing staff's credibility is only further damaged by claiming to not have had any actions against them. BBB also has reports, as does AG's office - your poor service record and unlawful deposit holding is well documented. Sorry.
