I lived in Tuscaro for a year and during my stay I found a lot of issues. Their are many negatives than positives. The positives are it is relatively quiet, closer to some decent shopping complex and closer to freeways.

Lot of negatives, primarily parking which is worst, maintenance issues including something or the other not working, pigeon issues, non-secured gate, insect and ant issues, unfriendly management(the moment you sign the lease and move in, you get a different treatment) and the list goes on.

My intention was not just to complaint since I thought that I have to share my comments out of sheer frustation about this apartment. I would definitely not recommend for anyone. Please beware before stepping into this apartment.

I've lived in this complex just as long.. I find that the maintenance folks are able to resolve most issues in a timely manner. regarding parking.. Its a pain but not much they can do about it.. limited spots. However there are plenty of garages that remain empty...
