I think that the people who are complaining about the complex need to lighten up.
I haven't seen any of the problems have been mentioned on this site, with the exception of the gate being left open sometimes.
I have no ant, pigeon, or other creature issues at all. The parking is only a problem if you get home after 9pm, which isn't uncommon even at a complex with assigned spots. Our neighbors are all quiet and respectful, so noise has never been an issue either.
Needless to say, I'm happy with our choice to live at Tuscaro. It's the best value in the area and shouldn't have such a bad rap.
