A few other things From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I recently moved out of this complex and amongst the items already discussed by me and others, now I have an issue with them charging me for cleaning. I made sure my apartment was spotless, better than when I moved in, I can assure you. I received a bill for almost $100 more than my deposit. When I went in to discuss the charges, of course the person in charge wasn't in. I did finally speak with the manager who informed me I was responsible for not only cleaning, but carpet cleaning and wall painting. Have you ever lived in an apartment that YOU had to pay for these things' I haven't. So beware, even after you get of this hell-hole, they come back and overcharge you. P.S. Did I mention the three months my living room was completely in dissarray and unusable (including the TV) due to mold' Oh, and the leaking A/C unit above making it so I couldn't ever put anything on the porch (and the units are designed that way).
