I have lived at this apts for 2.5yrs and all i have seen is the worst part of living for all the money we pay to Live there. first of all before we talk about the parking let me tell you about the most horrible office personal. when we first moved in they acted so friendly, then come found out that they are a bunch of liars and never take care of any of the requests presented to them: the mice, the snakes the stinky dog "pup" and noise from some of the uncaring neighbors. as a matter of fact when we stated that our next door neighbor was too noisy, they told us that they would consider letting us off the lease and putting up with the noisy neighbo Am sure the reason behind that was because the "new" neighbors who had just moved in paid 300 more for the rent than we, since we had being there for a while. they preffered to take their apt and luer another person in and kick us out. well we stayed and the neighbor was moved over to the south side. The parking is the worst thing i have seen and am sure it is not legal for them not to provide parking for their tenants. for those still living there, be careful and find out what about the legal aspect:1o2 apartments and only 90 parking spaces.
