I've lived in many different apartments since the 90's and I must say, this has been the worst. Not only does management lie to their residents, but they do absolutely nothing to ensure their safety and comfort. When we first moved in over a year ago, there was a disgusting ant problem. There were literally dead and dried up ants (as though someone sprayed them dead and didn't wipe them up) in the kitchen and live ants running around in the master bedroom carpet. The pigeon problem is HUGE. It's disgusting, disruptive and unsanitary. Pigeons live under the gutter, ruffle their feathers against your window and coo all day long. It's loud and annoying. The pigeon poop all over the stairway was absolutely sick. Here's my biggest gripe...they decided to redo the cement on all of the upstairs balconies and front doorways (remember, this is the winter...it's cold and cement won't dry all that fast). We are responsible for moving our items inside our apartment every day. So if you have a satellite dish, plants on the balcony, or a grill, you have to carry it inside every morning, carry it out every night, reposition your dish, etc. And the cement isn't even dry at this time! We currently have our big gas grill inside of our living room (this can't be safe...propane gas indoors'), our satellite dish in our living room (meaning we have no reception and can't watch tv until we move the heavy thing back outside) and a few other bulky "outside" objects. There's no concern for our safety or comfort, not to mention, it's just gross...disgusting stuff that was outside because it belongs outside is now sitting in my clean apartment. They did not offer options to accommodate this inconvenience such as offering to help move heavy items and offer secure storage, or offer to reduce rent knowing this is a MAJOR inconvenience. We pay full rent in a timely manner...all they do is post a letter on the door saying "sorry for the inconvenience." That's really not good enough. Give us a break and respect your residents...reduce our rent for a few months or something. I called the office to complain and left a message for the apartment manager to call me back as soon as possible...that was over 5 days ago...have yet to hear from her. They also told us about 5 or 6 months ago that they would be having security drive around a few nights a week...have yet to see them. Parking is horrible...they acknowledge it, but have decided to enforce certain restrictions which will make parking even more difficult. I'm irritated and frustrated and feel as though the management have ABSOLUTELY no respect for their residents. All in all, if you've taken the time to read all that I've written, and you still decide that this is the place for you, then so be it. You can't say you weren't warned.

Hi,
Actually I am a new resident for about 3 months now and I actually have no problems whatsoever. But if you think about it, No matter what, there will always be complains about any apartment you live in. You have to experience living here to find out what everyone is talking about. I mean, at first reading through all of these, i thought to myself, should i live there since there are so many negative comments. Then i went for it anyways, NOW i love it. My neighbor is so nice and i live right by the gate and i love my location. The office people are really helpful. Im sure if you want to have the same respect then you must respect them as well. I dont see anything wrong here. I love the 24 hours fitness with access pass because i feel alot safer and best of all, it is close to shopping centers and freeways. YES freeway are the most important thing to me. I actually really like it here at tuscaro apt. and NO i am not a worker there, I am a resident and probably will be for a long time until whenever. BUT i actually like it here very VERY much. It nice and convenient to everything. PERFECT.

I am sure they have shown just as much respect as I have and others as well and I agree that they are rude. We have also have had an ant issue that was horrible. The parking is worse then what it was and because of all the construction, there???s not a 24 hour fitness at this time. U can almost guarantee in about 2 months or so you will see what we all have been going through with this place
