MOST IMPORTANT THEY HAVE A TOW TRUCK TO ENFORCE PARKING IF YOU FORGET TO PUT UP YOUR LITTLE YELLOW PARKING TAG EVERY NIGHT ITS GONNA COST YOU $375.00 EVEN IF YOUR IN THE RIGHT PARKING SPOT TRUST ME FRIST HAND EXPERINCE. There is barly parking for your guest(only 4 on my side of the apartment) as for the resident there is assign if your lucky enough if not than you have to rent a garage an extra $75.oo or be in a open spot, 3 times out of 5 it will be a journey to your apartment(50-150 YARD)...OTHER ISSUE CARPET HAS ANIMAL FUR, HAD TO KILL 3 CENTIPED, 1 BLACK WIDOW, WASHER & DYER RIPS UP CLOTHES SOMETIMES, THIN WALLS CAN HEAR NEIGHBOR TALKING, ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE ARPARTMENT THERES A CREEK & A TRAIL SO EXPECT TO SEE STRANGERS WALKING ON IT DAY OR NIGHT,DURING BIG EVENTS AT ARCO THEY CLOSE OFF SOME OF THE ROADS ONLY AFTER 2 MONTHS OF RENTING...THERE ARE NEWER APARTMENT ALONG TRUXEL MORE WORTHY ABOUT THE SAME PRICE............

Oh yes, and the construction beginning at 7:00 in the morning? How about the wonderful lack of notices that they will be laying down WET CONCRETE on your walkway at 9:00 AM so when i'm leaving for work 9:30 AM I step into it. Hey, at least they leave a note AFTER they lay concrete, not 24 hrs before as dictated by law. Or perhaps them climbing onto my 2nd floor balcony and jack hammering the wall at 8AM without a proper notice. I could go on, I have a list of grievances a mile long. This place is horrible, and I can't wait until my lease expires. If I wasn't working 60 hrs a week I would consider legal recourse of the managements complete disregard of the Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment. In conclusion, I think I agree with the poster above you Tiffaniev, you must either be a member of the management staff attempting to do some damage control of this horribly run place, or on a substantial dose of Prozak to even claim that this place is "PERFECT."

Agree with 0 or over,this place is a nightmare i should said,i cant count how many times my cars got parking tickets or they place in my window a sticker that is so hard to removed even know i have the stupid yellow ticket hang on my view mirror,becouse security said i was in the wrong spot,neighbord having loud music at 10.30pm with no remorse at all in and out of wierd people that don't even lived at this place and my list will go on and on.
