Let me warn you. When your lease expires, don't think that is the end of your problem with this management. Take it from someone who had a first-hand experience with Tuscaro Apartments.

Our Lease ends in June and we are contemplating moving out or staying here. Let me say this. I know people who own houses and they don't have a $75 water bill. Why am I paying 10 dollars for water, and the other $65 for storm water and sewage. These Apartments are in a good location right in the middle of everything but there are hidden costs that they don't tell you.
I agree with you on the noise issue there friend. Each and every night I hear the neighbors banging something around like they are playing fooseball or having wild sex. Sometimes I even get the huge thump sound that makes my whole place shake.
The parking used to not be so bad. If you got home at 10:30 pm from school or work you could find a spot no problem. Now the last few months if you get home at 8:00PM... good luck with that. We would have plenty of parking if we didn't use most for garages, which are an additional $75 a month.

I agree on everything you say! Don't you think we should do something about it? I was thinking of contacting a lawyer or something. Me and my wife have 2 cars and we have a garage so they wouldn't give us a parking spot so i have to come on my brake just to save a spot and go back to work.

Ha..seems like all of the residents have the same exact complaints. I really want to know what the deal is with the water bill. The water bill should be based on our usage..but apparently it's not if EVERYONES water bill is the same..hmm...
