I'm SO glad to be out of that place. Management blows, they blame every mistake on eachother. Don't ask for anything, in one ear and out the other. Don't expect a notice if they are doing construction on your building that will trap you in for half the day. If you find your windows and porch doors taped up for the weekend and a construction crew outside your window for two weeks,,, don't expect a break in rent either. As for parking,,, ya better make it home before 5pm or you have to park off the property or risk getting a parking ticket. Cops constantly come through there knowing everyone parks illegally on the curb. For the money,, you can find a much better apartment with half the headache.
