This place is honestly pretty status quo when it comes to apartments. I've lived in several over the last 5 years in the greater Sacramento area (through Roseville), and it's pretty much the same everywhere. There are great points, and there are terrible points. The management at Tuscaro is terrible. While this is pretty typical, here they are especially bad. It's true...when we got new management recently, they've returned none of our calls, have changed their hours so it's impossible to catch them in the office, have changed the parking rules so parking has become a nightmare, haven't notified us like they used to about construction (which has been going on for the last 4 months and has kept us from having access to our apartment), and have been extremely rude when we try to see them in person. Also, garages are quite expensive here, and our garage door worked for a collective total of maybe a month. After 5 months of trying to get maintenance to fix it (and actually make it work), we decided to give it up. On the other hand, the apartments themselves are great. They are among the best floorplans we've found with some good upgrades and everything is energy efficient and fairly new. Our neighbors are amazingly respectful and quiet. The monthly rent is reasonable for the area and it's very conveniently located.
