Pretty good with view of lake

I've been living here for 4 months, and I enjoy the experience in general. A major part of it is because we live in upstairs which face directly to the lake. The view is gorgeous. It's also very convenient if you want to take a walk (with your dog) or jog along the lake. We don't have any problems about the noise. Compared to other apartments I stayed, I would say Tuscaro is definitely better in soundproofing. The apartment is also very spacious and new, both the exterior and the appliances they provide. They did a good job in renovating.
The only part I don't like is parking. We live in north side of it, the whole complex area is not big. Other than one assigned spot, it's kind of hard to find parking if you come home late. A lot of residents just park along the fountain. The maintenance staff have pretty good attitude, it's just that it would take up at least two days for them to respond to your request. Anyway, I have positive experience living in this complex.

I think it's true what you say about parking. I was there today looking to rent and I had to park by the fountain just to go to the leasing office. I ask the agent about it and she said the cars belonged to guests.
