Disclaimer - this review is based on my personal experiences having lived at Tuscaro for 3 years and hence it is a biased but objective review.

Leasing staff - good 85% of the time and grouchy 15% of the time. But then who isn't grouchy 15% of the time. I've also found that tenants at times shout at them and expect them to remain calm all the time - hey they are human beings too; so it really depends on how u relate to them. Maintenance staff is great (at least in my experiences). Again all depends on how you relate to people.

Apartments - conditions range from fair to good; please realize that this is not Malibu, you get what u pay for. not bad at all. altho a/c design means does not work effectively. was told it has something to do with architecture. gym is underutilized in my opinion. pool is okay - never been a fan of public swimming pools anyway.

Noise levels - no complaints. but depends on neighbors and how u define noise. again, this is no malibu.

Parking - lousy. one spot per apt regardless whether its 1-or 2-b/d room apt. current system of allocating parking is archaic imo. cld use a better allocation system. this is a sticky point imo.

Grounds - well maintained and staff is great. HOWEVER, dog poop is big problem in this complex. if you are gonna live here please take a walk around the lawns and u will unfortunately meet dog poop. can't blame management for this. btw, this was not a problem until this year. and management sent out a memo a week ago or so abt the issue. however, even this morning I saw dog poop everywhere. this is disgusting. imo this is a deal killer. I won't be renewing my lease when it ends because of this.

Once again, please note this is based on my experiences. Overall, I'm happy except for the dog poop issue and parking. I hope management does something about both issues soon. If there's any improvement, I'll post here again to report progress. At this moment, I would not recommend the apts because of the two issues. I'm a bit forgiving on the parking situation but I believe it is management's responsibility that when it comes to tenants picking up after their pets.
