We've had centepedes here like crazy 1-3 of them almost daily, so gross. Pest guy just comes in and sprays nasty chemicals all around the apartment that aparently do no good. The parking situation is RIDICULOUS!!! You can't have company over unless they want to park over in the restaurant parking across the street and walk over, not good for friends that have health problems and can't walk far. The walls are also paper thin, which I could have lived with if it weren't for all the other problems. The drywall nails are starting to show through, it's even chipping off some of the paint, we have cracked and stained baseboards. The bath is hardly ever hot, most of the time it's barely luke warm. People come in drunk and make all kinds of noise between 2 and 3 in the morning. I don't blame the management because they are all totally clueless, they don't live here so they have no idea what really goes on in these apartments. There's probably tons more I forgot to add to this, but you get the point. I've lived in plenty of apartments and these are by far the worst. Please don't rent here, I can't wait to leave. There are plenty of other apartments that are so much better in the area. Don't let them try to fool you with all the pretty apearances, it's truly a nightmare to live here

When i move out they charge me a $300.00 fee saying it was for cleaning up the apartment even after i vacum and wash the carpet. No holes in the wall and no stain on the carpet. These people got no moral when my lease was up the try to raise it to 1050 (frm 850)for one bedroom lol i wouldn't even stay if the price 700 month...and now they have the apartment for like 750 beware they sucker you in then bang your stuck (because everyone hates moving...)
