The place is ok, but the management sucks!

The last comment must be written by the management! It's true that it's close to the campus for students, but u're living with basically most college students and they're so noisy all the time!
Living here you'll basically wake up no later than 8 am because they blow leaves at around 7.30 am in the morning, people complained, but the manager couldn't do anything coz her boss just doesn't care! I heard that the manager and people working for this management want to do so much for the residents, but the boss is soooo conservative and doesn't care about the residents. Don't think that you can sleep at night either because people party all the time and till like 4 am and they also like to talk at the balocnies, if u ask them to be quite, they just give u a 4-letter word...
The apartment complex is extremely old as well! Always have problem with different things....if u live on the 2nd or above, your floor shakes when somebody downstairs has the A/C on. They claimed that they have a jacuzzi, but forget about it coz it's been out of order since 1980's and never fix it!
oh, about safety...You often see homeless people sleeping in the laundry room. I had a friend living on the 2nd floor, her bike got stolen from the balcony...
