First off, the apartments are as old as the hills. I think they were Sac State dorms at one time. The back yard is protected by a three foot wood fence. The bathrooms have no ventilation(Mold). The street this apartment complex is on looks like it took mortar fire. This security isn't bad, as long as you don't mind the homies looking into your car windows. The only bright spot is the little blonde apple cheeked girl working at the front office.

P.S. Stay clear of the two homeless ducks that hang out at the pool.
