Not So Dreamy Apartment

I lived here long enough and see enough management changes to tell anyone how this place is. Yes it's true that this place is convenience for Sacramento State University student since it has a bike trail and just a Guy West Bridge away from campus. However, as mention in other reviews, this place gets really noisy at times and totally wild. Police sometimes seems to be the only option to restore peace and quiet. There were lots of nice people here too but of course they were too quiet to be heard. It took me a while to get used to this place and continue to live here just for the convenience. However, if you have a decent looking car as someone mention here, having your car's window smashed is very likely. I know so because my friends' car was some of the many I knew. Personally, I saw at least 10 broken car windows so far the past year. And sometimes the windows was broken so fast, you start to wonder. My friend came to visit for an hour and the window went bye bye shortly after. The story was somewhat identical from others I spoke with. And the worst I seen was not even that. It's people smoking pots in the open, like parking lots, mail room, and even their balcony. The bright side of it is that at least recently it doesn't seem to appear as open anymore. Did the management did anything to stop that you wonder' I think not. He/she is simply too busy writing nice reviews about the apartment here online with 4.0 rating to deal with real problems. Anyhow, I am not making up this trashy review to degrade this place but to tell everyone the facts about my experiences here. If you can handle all these little problems, including the dictator manager then this is a great place for students. Excellent location but horrible management, who sometimes intrude your place without informing you. What a dreamy apartment!!
