The person who submitted the previous comment must be insane. This place was a disaster between the management, the homeless, and the neighborhood crime. Cars are always getting broken into and stolen, if and when caught people run up onto the bike trail and escape. During the day the place seems like a typical good value but at night walking across the parking lot is scarry. There are lots of blind corners, the parking lot is dark because the lights are typically shot out when they are replaced, drug deals are always happening around the complex, and the halls smell. This place always comes alive at night, it is not safe, and management does not respond to calls in the middle of the night and does not take care of problems during the day. For anyone who does not and wants to know the manager lives in the far left corner third floor apartment facing the complex from the street. If you are looking for an apartment where you can get away with anything, not have to follow the rules, and can ignore your neighbors concerns this is the ideal complex for you no one with any authority will bother you they don't care what you're up to. All pets are allowed regardless of policy.

I stumbled upon this review and thought this was hilarious. Someone who lives in a crime ridden neighborhood complaining about *gasp* crime! Did you do any investigation before you moved in or were you just cheap and thought "wow what a good deal". Someone complaining about crime in Sacramento is like someone living in LA and complaining about smog. If you don't like it....move!
