True its close to CSUS. Yea it next to the river. Sure some good fun people live there. On the reality side of things. Your car is going to get broken into or better stolen, just a matter of time! Also, your bound to live below or next to the dirty college students (at least 4 packed into one place), who's only wish is to get C's to continue partying and finish college with a watery degree. Hope your not to serious b/c they are not. Oh yea, keep you mail forwarding to your parents, like your car, its going to get stolen. Did I mention 6 people per apartment, just being sure. Black mold everywhere, they clean it everytime someone leaves. Lots of criminals float through there. Lots of crapy college students. Lots of leaf blowers at 6:45 A.M. To summarize, criminals, loser (not all) college students, extremely inconsiderate college students, lots of leaf blowers, black mold, no way to calm the party down (on Monday night), always raising rent, beer and cigarettes everywhere on the weekends, lastly way to many people allowed to stay in a two bedroom apartment, what a bunch of ---- heads!!
