I have lived here for two years, the good thing is it is close to campus but thats about where the good ends. Black mold grows throughout all of the hallways from water leaking through the walls. Losers speed through the parking lot at all hours of the night blasting horrible music. If you have anyone above you be prepared to get no sleep at all, the paper thin ceilings let you hear everything you neighbor is doing (when you have a deadbeat stoner that lives above you that takes one class a semester and spends the rest of the day at home blasting bass and playing online games a full volume until 4 in the morning it gets really old!) Don't try complaining because management will do nothing. I've been trying to get the sagging water soaked ceiling above my shower fixed for a year, eventually I assume it will just cave in and my upstairs neighbor will fall through before anything is done. The management are really just useless pawns on a site, the management of the place are run by some company in Santa Clara who could probably never even seen the apartments except for the numbers for the total cost of operation versus the profits they will make off the backs of struggling college students.
