This place is the worst. We have had shootings right ouside our window, fights and people pounding dents out of their trucks at 2 AM. The people who live here have no regard for anyone else. The majority of the problem is managment began letting "Section 8" move in. In our expereince at this apartment, these people are total dirtbags and have no regard for anyone else. They sit around all day and cause problems all night. We have heard stories about people being sexually assaulted while they were trying to do their laundry. It is simply not worth sacraficing anyone's safety to be close to school. Another large problem is the apartments behind them are also low income. A lot of dirtbags walk through Riverwood on their way to 7-11 to get beer. This goes on at all hours of the night. People walking throught the apartment singing rap at the top of their lungs and yelling for no apparent reason. This place is bad-move on. Managment is unwilling to accomodate anyone in anyway. They do not care about anyone's safety. All they care about is whether the rent is paid on time. If you do that, they will leave you alone literally. They will not express any concern for your safety or the terrible neighbors you have to put up with on a regular basis.
