I have lived at Riverwood for 4 years. My rent has gone up everytime the lease was up and the aprtments are old and not very well maintained. They have also gone through several managers since I have lived there. I was even given a 3-day notice on accident because they applied my rent to another apartment, so I had to take time off work to and take my bank statement and checkbook in to show them that I had indeed paid my rent. There is always people paryting at the pool late at night and management doesn't do anything about it. The security people are a joke, they walk the other way when altercations occur. When I first moved in a woman was raped and tenants weren't notified until a week later. My apartment flooded recently and they didn't have someone clean the carpets despite me calling them several times to see when someone was going to come out. As soon as my next lease is up I am out of here., I only stayed this long because it was close to Sac. State.
