These apartments were the worst. At first everything was ok then our 3 bedroom had so many problems that the inconsiderate, incoherent, incompetent idiot staff took months to deal with. Mold, mice, broken toilets, our roof actually fell in during all the rain even though we told them it was leaking. We had to get out of there. Even after it became University Village, the incompetency continued. They raised our rent $500 and then tried to ask us to stay at the last minute. University Village staff was just as bad as the others-we STILL haven't got our deposit back 2 months after moving!!!!
