Its ridiculous to read these reviews about all these things that are wrong when people dont get their facts straight. The ones who write the reviews stating that management is dumb are probably the ones who dont pay there rent and get fined for it. Some people complain that their towel bar is loose and they think that is more important than someone who cant use their toilet. This place is great for college students because you just have to worry about paying for rent and electricity. Awesome clubhouse, when it was finally finished. Free tanning, gym, flat screen tvs, pool tables, and a computer lab. If you want to be close to campus and enjoy your life, move here.

I do know what Im talking about. The only people on this webiste who complain are the ones who dont understand anything when it comes to running an apartment complex. Probably the people who dont pay there rent on time and get charged for it and complain about that! Duh, PAY YOUR RENT! Ya the clubhouse wasnt done on time, but did you see the people in the office doing the work? NO, what are they suppose to do when the workers dont show up? It doesnt even matter anymore, the clubhouse is done. If you are looking for an apartment, this is a nice place, the people on here complain are the ones that s*** happens to because they dont know how to read a lease or their own rights and obligations. This place is nice. Perfect for college students.
