pros: free internet, free cable, clean unit, no bugs, pretty quiet

cons: parking can be problem if you have more than one car, expensive rent, slow management ( just keep bugging them until they get the job done), some of the office workers are RUDE, but some can be nice ( mostly students)

that's all i can think of. the unit itself is actaully nice, roomly inside and not to shaby looking. overall if u wanna spend 900 bucks or more it's actually not too bad of a place to live. it's def more worth 900 bucks but it's close to freeways, stores, sacramento state.
