ok so this place has cheap rent, and only have to pay smud...but you get what you pay for. My side of the complex is pretty quite which is nice. Parking sucks when you get home after 8 or so and there's no guest parking which sucks! Ive had bugs in my apt since i moved in and the pest guy has sprayed about 6 times and theyre still here..makes my skin crawl. I too have a huge mold problem in my bathroom and it doesnt get any better no matter how much i bleach it and clean it. The girls in the office are dumb and who you talk to is what you get...you can ask one girl a question and then ask the other girl and she would say the complete opposite-ANNOYING! oh yea and did i mention they called us 10 mins before our move in time telling us our apt wasnt done and we couldnt move in because they "forgot" about it...seriously 10 mins'''!!! the maintenance guys have been super helpful and usually pretty fast but if they say theyre gonna order something or come back you better make sure you keep calling and nagging to the office so it gets done. But if you like living in the ghetto with bugs, and dealing with dumb people then this is the place for you
