Don't let the fun college atmosphere here fool you. The management is completely a mess. They have a bunch of young students as their staff who will tell you a million different things and end up screwing you over in the end because you don't have it in writing. They lost my roommate's Cashier's check, and we would get notices on our door every month saying we owed various amounts of money, one time it was more than our apartment was even worth. When we took it into the office they would tell us it was a mistake, but the same thing kept happening. The maintenance men take forever to fix anything unless you go in and yell at them. I've had the same problem as below with the creepy gardening people. My bike got stolen out of my back porch. That "no deposit" is b.s. because when you move out they charge you about 300-400 dollars for cleaning fees that are unavoidable even if you throughly clean it.
The worst part is, I moved out a couple months ago and am still trying to take things up with the manager who refuses to contact me back over some discrepancies. They checked out our apartment earlier than we were told and stole my tv because I left it to pick it up that day, since I thought I had until 12.
There are no hopes of parking in the complex after 5, and if you don't have a permit, expect to get towed. Anyone coming later than that has to park at the sketchy taco bell parking lot. The hot tub is always dirty and lukewarm. The apartments are way too expensive for how crappy everything is (2 of our drawers broke the first day)
All in all, we ended up with a move out bill over 1,000 dollars that I can't negotiate with the manager about because she is always "busy" and I have been waiting on her to contact me for about 3 months now.
Bottom line: move down the street to Rivercrest!
