I moved away from this discusting complex 6 months ago. To this day, i sometimes just look to the sky and thank god that i am gone. Im not trying to be over dramatic, im just saying that living here seems like a bad dream. All the descriptions of the apartemnts, i.e. mold, ANTS, appliences not working, are accurate. I made freinds with a couple of the maintence guys, and they did an okay job, but at the end of the day, it was all still pretty low qualitiy (sorry guys). The grounds are mowed once a week, the pool/hot tub, might be cleaned every once and awhile, but still, it doesnt matter. This place is a dump. If you are an innocent person looking to find a quiet place near Sac State, find another place, the amount of homeless, thugs, crime, etc is substancial. I had my mike stolen right outside my door, sweet. I will say the one nice part of this place was that i never had to recycle....just put whatever you have in the dumpster and it will be gone by mid morning. I started calling the dumpster the "neighborhood xmas tree" i would just walk out there and put the presents under the "tree".

Folks, if your broke, live here and struggle through it.

If you have options, take them and your self away from here.
