Lived there for two years - less than impressed...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I had three major concerns while living in the apartment -
1 - Safety: this area of town is not the best and Palladin Security is not exactely up to par when it comes to security. Often spent hours just sitting in their cars looking at computer screens.
2 - Parking: Terrible. Although we never had anyone park in our assigned spot, there was never any general parking past 7pm and I parked most often in the Taco Bell parking lot. Sandy, the homeless guy who lives in his car outside TB, always let me know he was watching it and keeping it safe. :/
3 - Office Staff: absolutely incompetent! Most of them are around 18-20 and their hair dye and manicure fumes must have really affected their cognitive abilities. Lost our rent check a couple times, often told us two different things from two different people, continued to call me about problems in the apartment with the new renters AFTER I had moved out! (uhh..hello! can we say not organized'')
Positives:
It was great to be right on the AR bike trail which I used daily, also enjoyed being close to CSUS but when I got the chance to move - I took it!
