As a former resident of Valley Green, I must say that this was one of the worst apartment complexes that I have ever lived in. Maintenance was very slow in acknowledging service requests. I had to wait nearly a month for them to respond to a plumbing problem. The community residents were disrespectful of each others privacy and safety. The neighbors constantly partied all night and the majority of the time my morning newspaper was taken from my doorstep. The amenities, such as, the pools and spas were always filthy and most of the washers and dryers in the laundry rooms were consistently out of service. I contacted the staff on some of these issues but they failed to respond.
I recently visited the complex to see if anything had improved. It hadn't. In fact, it looked much worse. Some of the apartment units were vacant and boarded up. Others had shattered windows. There was graffiti tagged on the exterior of some of the buildings. The only great experience I had at Valley Green was my decision to pack up and move on.
So, if you're searching for an apartment, steer clear of Valley Green. There are much greener valleys elsewhere.
