I can't beleive this place was so bad when I moved in. I thought it was going to be really nice with the pool, gym and laundry mats. There were crack heads all over the place. Drug dealers, drug addicts, prostitutes, and crime all around us. When I say every single day and night, I MEAN evry single day and night, there would be cop cars and helicopters hovering over your heads. The announcements from the helicopters were chilling to say the least. Sometimes they were looking for a kidnapper or a dangerous male labeled armed and dangerous and many more. There were times they would block off the entrances because they were in search of someone. We could even come home. They closed off the back entrance after they had a police chase that was nearly fatal.
The neighbors were loud and obnoxoius. They could care less that others needed study or go to school or work the next day. The management would come to fix things but it would not be adequate enough to last. I had to many times fix things myself and spend my own money. Their fees were ridiculous if something broke. They were going to make sure that you not get much of your large deposit back when you left. The place was so unsafe I could never have any company and when I did I had to pray that nothing broke out in the neighborhood. We had complaints of a tenant that lived down the way who was a peeping Tom. The person would park their car in front of our bedroom window and just sit there for hours. The management actually got the keys from the owner of the car and move it and warned them to never do it again. Even with the police involvement, the person was still allowed to park there again and the new managment did not care to hear about it. It was a nightmare and we had nightmares literally knowing another perverted tenant was allowed to harrass us this way. I would never recommend living here if you car for your sanity and well- being.
