I have lived here for two years and what good have i seen out of this dump please do not be fooled by this places appearance this place is terror kids breaking windows my car was tamper with several times to the point where it caught engine fire the maintenance has no respect for there tenants the manager in charge threatened me i was forced to repair countless problem in my apartment do to the so called on the ball maintenance the kit apt is nothing like dump apt you will move into and to top it off if you do move in be prepared for gunshots and chp cars on a daily basis and the weekly choppers looking for armed and dangerous people i would advise no one to live here and to keep there children away from here to insure the stay safety DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is telling the truth. I lived there before and now my daughter lives there and it is a hot mess. Are those supposed to be security gates? They have not worked in years. It could be a nice place but that management, needs to go. They are dishonest and it's true, they show you a model and you get something else. I used to see a guy walk around with an AK47 and do you think management cared, no. All they want is the rent and it is so dangerous there, why wouldn't they let you out of your lease for free. They should be sued for having people live in such a dangerous environment. It's not safe for kids to play, it's not safe to come in and out of your apartment at certain times. When I lived there, this person used to leave notes at my door asking for gas money or a ride and another was selling some old video tapes of movies. Two girls had been selling magazine subscriptions and they knocked on the wrong door just to be dragged in a vacant apartment there to be brutally murdered, placed outside on the grass, side by side. This was in 2004. A man was shot in his head in the parking lot area after driving in by one of the dumpsters and my child saw it and it was time to go. To see someone slumped over in a truck for hours until the police arrive with everyone looking, that's outrageous. The police take their time going in there because it's just too many incidents and high in crime. They need to shut that place down.

This is a wonderful place that has a spectacular life center and safe place for kids to live, the p[eople who wrote those rants were my nieghbours and were evicted for not paying the rent, the place is well maintained and I have now my son and his 2 children move to an apartment hereas well don't believe scumbags who write reviews because they where evicted

So far I can't say that I'm happy at all. Staff seems to be nice enough but the complex does look like a war zone in some tattered 3rd world country. You don't know that until you're moving in. The models are conveniently located just outside the office. If you walk a bit further in and look just to the left, it's horrible. I've noticed that they (MGMT) seem to be quite interested in getting you in the complex. None of the repairs noted on the walk through have been addressed. None of the promises they make about all that's going to happen with your unit seems to happen. I haven't been there long enough to know the outcome yet but iwould have to say that I really regret not doing research prior to signing the lease. Almost feels like a death sentence. Just a matter of time.
