Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Have lived here for past year, overall a very good deal. Close to campus, just a short walk to make it to class, the library, gym, etc. Internet and cable are great. Washer and dryer inside the unit have saved me a lot of time, as I do not have to wait to do my laundry, or worry about clothes being stolen (happened to me in the past).

Will be living here until I graduate from Sac State.
