These apartments are the newest place in town and let me tell you...when I was apartment hunting nothing looked the same and when I moved in, almost a year ago I was so happy with it and I still am. I mean really...what other community offers so much for so little. The free private shuttle is the best thing because now I don't have to drive to school and pay for parking or gas and I think it is so cool that they have so many events for their residents. I really makes me feel like they truely care. When I have lived at other places, they did nothing and it felt like they didn't care about us....but here that is different. They are great and the apartments are great! I am going to live here until I graduate because I can't imagine living at one of these other communities where they don't have half of the things I get from living here.

This was definately written by someone who works here. True- The amenities are great... But the truth is, these apartments aren't all they're cracked up to be. There's a lot of problems here. For instance, gettin matinence is a joke. A lot of people have pest problems- I've had ants (came from someone downstairs)... Someone I knew had mice. And "so much for so little"?? No. I live in a tiny less than 500 sq. ft. apartment for $825 a month. It's called a one bedroom- But it's a studio! There's a "half wall" separating my bedroom from my living room. No door. The one thing I appriciate is the laundry in the house. That's great... But the front office is generally pretty irresponsible- They only hire tenants and it seems like there's a comlete new staff every month. They usually misplace my packages that come in the mail... I mean from the outside it looks great... But there really are a lot of problems
