I know a lot of these are either awesome reviews that look fake or reviews from other people who don't sound very intelligent and are just spaming.

However, I'd like to offer a real review.

I have lived here for almost a year.

Up until yesterday I had no real complaints.

I get annoyed by some of the little things like the way the office assistants sometime aren't helpful, they didn't hold up to some of the things they promised before we moved in, or maintenace staff, but the real thing I have a problem with is the security.

This complex is NOT in a safe area, don't be fooled.

I had never felt super safe, but until my apartment was robbed in broad daylight while my door was locked and I was gone.

It was such a clean break it it seems as if someone had a key.

I am not pointing fingers but some of the maintenance people are sketchy and they have access to the keys in your apartment and permissions to enter at anytime they would like.

Don't live here if you don't like feeling safe and sercure, you won't get it.

The police cars, police helicopters, robberies, and car thefts (and break ins)are proof.

Otherwise it is a decent place to live.

The management can be frustrating but overall a decent place to live.

The complex itself is nice despite the trash college students throw everywhere.

Paying $200 to get out of my lease is worth it for my own safety.

(They also didn't care when I came into tell them my apartment was broken into.

Nor do they ever let their residents know what is going on.)
