have lived here the past school year, despite all the STORIES you hear about it really is an enjoyable place to live at. I have not had a problem with noisey neighbors, or the security. Everything the complex has to offer creates a stress free atmosphere ideal for the college student. All the ammenities offered along with the apartment makes college life easy. I love the fact that I have had my own washer and dryer in my own unit, as well as a brand new apartment. I have resigned my lease and plan to live here till I graduate Sac State...I am an Engineer major...
